The Role
*Managing customer enquiries, policy changes, and renewals
*Providing a high level of service across inbound calls and queries

*Working across multiple systems and adapting to new processes
*Ensuring accuracy and compliance within a regulated environment

*Experience within insurance OR a professional customer service environment
*A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
*A proactive, self-starting approach
*Ability to learn and retain information quickly
*Comfortable working across multiple systems
