An established and highly respected UK engineering manufacturer is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join their growing team. This is a consultative, solution-led sales role focused on delivering bespoke industrial paint spray booths and curing oven systems to clients across the UK and occasionally overseas.
Technical Sales Engineer – Responsibilities:
*Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK
*Consult with clients to understand technical requirements and production challenges
*Recommend and specify appropriate spray booth and curing oven systems
*Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry through to order
*Conduct site visits and build long-term client relationships
Technical Sales Engineer – Candidate Profile:
*Experience within the powder coating, paint finishing, or industrial oven sector
*Proven background in technical or engineering-led sales
*Strong understanding of engineering principles (e.g. airflow, heat, process systems)
*Ability to translate technical requirements into commercial solutions
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Technical Sales Engineer – The Package:
*£50,000 – £85,000 basic (depending on experience)
*Uncapped commission structure
*Company car
