Digital Marketing Manager (Freelance Permanent)

£225/day (3 months) £50,000 permanent


We’re hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to a join global group of performance marketing agencies who are scaling up their UK offering to drive B2C customer acquisition and revenue growth, using AI-powered marketing, paid media, and automation across multiple consumer brands.


This is a delivery-led role for someone who actively uses AI in day-to-day marketing from ad creative and copy generation to audience targeting, testing, optimisation, and workflow automation. You’ll own performance end-to-end, where data, AI, and paid media directly impact growth and ROI.
Freelance to start, with a clear path to permanent.


What you’ll do


Lead B2C performance marketing campaigns using AI-driven insights
Own Paid Media across Google Ads, PPC, Paid Search & Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Optimise for CAC, ROAS, conversion rate & customer lifetime value
Use AI tools to create and optimise:
-Paid ads & creative
-Landing pages
-Email & lifecycle campaigns
-Social & promotional content
Develop and refine AI prompts to generate on-brand, conversion-focused outputs
Implement AI-powered automation to improve speed, efficiency, and scale
Use data and AI to inform audience segmentation, targeting & testing
Manage budgets, forecasting & performance reporting
Support PR, promotions & the wider B2C customer journey
Collaborate with stakeholders & mentor a Campaign Executive




What we’re looking for


Proven experience in B2C Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, PPC & paid social
Confident using AI content tools and automation platforms
Experience optimising consumer acquisition funnels
Commercial mindset focused on ROI, CAC & revenue growth
Comfortable working fully remote across multiple brands
Open to freelance permanent
