They have an immediate requirement for a IT Managed Services Business Operations Manager. As Business Operations Manager you will be responsible for commercial operations, licensing and renewals, quoting and procurement,
supplier management, internal systems accuracy, and operational process improvement. It exists to
ensure my clients business is well organised, commercially robust, and able to scale efficiently.
The ideal Business Operations Manager will have demonstrable skills and experience in: worked in a MSP, IT services, or subscription-based technology business, Strong understanding of licensing models, renewals, quoting, and procurement, Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, Comfortable owning operational accountability end-to-end, Strong communication skills and confidence working across teams, Process-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
