Voice Support Engineer
London
Upto 40K per annum
We’re looking for a Voice Support Engineer to join our client supporting banks, hedge funds, and brokers across the City of London.
The Role:

* Providing 1st & 2nd line technical support to clients
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
* Supporting and monitoring firewall infrastructure (Juniper or similar)
* Working with voice trading systems (dealer boards, turrets, voice recording)
* Collaborating with engineers and assisting with account management
* Delivering excellent customer service via phone and onsite when required
You:

* Fluent French speaker
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Interest in networking & voice technologies
* Knowledge of SIP, Wireshark, IP networking
* Familiarity with trader voice systems (highly desirable)
* Exposure to VMware, Cisco, or firewall technologies is a plus
* CCNA/CVOICE or similar certifications (advantageous)
