You’ll start generalist, but if you naturally gravitate toward HR, Marketing, Finance, Sales, or another area, you’ll be supported to build it out.

What you’ll be doing
*Building long-term client relationships.
*Creating new business opportunities and shaping your own client base.
*Running full 360 recruitment across commercial roles.
*Writing engaging, human job adverts.
*Sourcing talent creatively across platforms.
*Advising clients on salaries, the market, and hiring strategy.
*Producing polished shortlists and candidate packs.
*Building your personal brand on LinkedIn (with support, never pressure).
*Contributing to blogs, videos, or insights if you enjoy creating content.
*Attending networking events and client meetings.
*Supporting and co-hosting HR-focused events with Precept HR

About you
*You have recruitment experience (agency or internal), ideally commercial agency.
*You’re confident, consultative, and energised by building client relationships.
*You care about delivering a brilliant experience to candidates and clients.
*You’re proactive, organised, tech-savvy, commercially minded, and excited by autonomy.
*A full UK driving licence is required.
