Job Description:
Role- Sales Estimator/Business development
Location- Sheffield
Salary- £30-36,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS
My client is a leading Engineering company, specialising in Fabrication and laser profiling work.
Currently looking to add to the sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Sales Management, Developing client relationships and chasing up on enquiries and quotations.
You will really have experience in technical sales/Engineering. Main duties will involve
Help develop the pricing policy utilising the company costing spread-sheet.
Monitor the market, identify potential growth areas, and prospect them in a methodical and structured way.
Work within the sales department, pricing and quoting customer enquires with the urgency required, and have a ’first back with the price’ approach.
Follow up on sales quotations produced within the sales department in an effective and timely manner.
Develop, maintain and grow a strong customer data-base
Ensure any follow up documentation requested by customers is sent out promptly
Liaise with the Production department to ensure an up to date delivery priority list is always accurate and up to date. Ensure continuous improvement in your area of work
On offer is a competitive starting rate, negotiable depending on experience, Generous holidays, company boss scheme.
