Project Coordinator
Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join their centrally managed resourcing team. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and enjoys balancing structured processes with creative problem-solving.
In this position, you’ll play a key role in scheduling colleagues across multiple solution areas, ensuring the right people are matched to the right projects at the right time. You’ll manage high-volume scheduling, support large-scale programmes, and work within internal resource management systems to optimise deployment across the business.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage end-to-end scheduling for participants engaging with consultants
*Coordinate dates, times, and virtual meeting logistics
*Prepare for rescheduling needs and maintain service level agreements
*Handle large-group, multi-step scheduling within tight deadlines
*Use trackers to monitor progress and ensure clear communication
*Maintain a customer-centric approach for a seamless participant experience
*Prioritise resources and resolve scheduling conflicts
*Understand cost implications and support firm-level profitability
*Engage contingent workforce when required
*Support onboarding of new colleagues and educate them on scheduling processes
What We’re Looking For
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
*Previous experience in logistics coordination, event planning, staffing, or multi-calendar management
*Exceptional attention to detail and strong customer service focus
*Ability to stay calm, adaptable, and effective in a fast-moving environment
*Strong relationship-building skills across remote and cross-functional teams
*Ability to influence without authority
*Advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
