Key Responsibilities*Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media
*Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
*Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
*Engage prospects to understand their needs and assess suitability
*Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team
*Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
*Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise lead generation strategies
*Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships
Requirements*Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role (preferred)
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Confidence in cold calling and outreach
*Ability to research and identify decision-makers
*Organised with strong attention to detail
*Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
