Marketing & Data Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented and analytical administrative professional to join a highly successful and growing organisation within the digital sector. This role sits at the heart of the execution and performance review of client campaigns while ensuring exceptional standards of accuracy and customer service.
This position offers a fantastic blend of data analysis, administration, and client interaction - making it ideal for someone who thrives on variety and precision. You will be joining a small, busy team working 35 hours per week (Mon- Friday with hybrid working available). Starting salary is salary £24,650.

The day to day:
*Collating, analysing and producing performance reports and sales data.
*Processing and validating campaign data, ensuring accuracy at all times.
*Raising and managing invoices in line with agreed timelines.
*Monitoring online content to ensure compliance and brand accuracy.
*Managing customer and client enquiries via email and telephone.
*Supporting reward fulfilment processes and resolving related queries.
*Conducting audits and producing reports on findings.
*Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
You will have:
*Proven experience within an admin or operational support role.
*Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
*Strong numerical and analytical skills.
*Previous experience within invoicing, reconciliation or data-focused roles.
*Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
*A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*A strong customer service mindset and a collaborative team approach.
