Chef De Partie - £32,500 per year including Tronc | Set days off each week

We’re recruiting for a talented Chef De Partie to join a stunning venue near Southampton and Winchester, set in the heart of Alresford. This charming property with cosy bedrooms champions the very best of Hampshire produce, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop your craft in a quality-driven kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef De Partie, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining kitchen standards:
*Manage and run your designated section
*Prepare and present dishes to high quality standards
*Organise mise en place to ensure smooth service
*Supervise and support junior team members
*Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
*Monitor stock, control portions and minimise waste
*Work closely with the team to ensure consistency and efficiency
What we’re looking for:
To succeed in this Chef de Partie level role, you’ll need:
*Consistency and attention to detail in presentation
*Good time management and the ability to perform under pressure
*Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
*Leadership skills to guide junior staff
*Strong organisation and mise en place discipline
*Reliability, professionalism and cost awareness
