Up to £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are recruiting for a proactive Lettings Administrator to join our clients small friendly team in central Bath.
Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinate property maintenance and contractor appointments
*Act as a key point of contact for tenants and landlords
*Support tenancy processes, including renewals, rent reviews, and notices
*Assist with property inspections such as move-ins and check-outs
*Ensure compliance with current property legislation and safety requirements
*Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
*Provide general administrative support to the wider team
Skills and Experience:
*Previous administration experience within an office environment essential
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Professional and confident telephone manner
*High level of attention to detail
*Competent in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively
*Full UK driving licence required
This position is Monday to Friday, 09:00 am - 5:30 pm and is fully office-based.
