Location: Kesgrave (Flexible - Office & Remote Working)

Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Branch Partner (Lister) to join a well-established estate agency covering the Kesgrave area. This is a highly flexible role, offering the autonomy to work from home or from the office on a day-to-day basis.
The primary focus of this position is to win new instructions and grow market share for the sales team. While there is the opportunity to be involved in sales, the core responsibility is generating new business and securing listings.
This role is suited to a proactive, well-connected property professional who thrives in a client-facing, business development-focused position.
Key Responsibilities
*Proactively generate and win new residential sales instructions
*Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate pricing strategies
*Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
*Develop a strong presence within the local market
*Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful marketing and progression of listings
*Provide a consultative, high-quality service to clients
*Identify opportunities to increase market share and brand presence
*Optionally support sales activity where required
Requirements
*Proven experience in estate agency, ideally as a Valuer/Lister or Senior Negotiator
*Strong track record of winning instructions
*Excellent knowledge of the local market
*Highly driven with a strong focus on generating new business
*Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
*Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
*Professional, credible, and client-focused approach
*Full UK driving licence
