As the AI Content Editor you will focus on creating high-quality bilingual (German/English) content across product, marketing, and digital channels, adapting tone and complexity for diverse audiences. It combines strong editorial judgment with advanced AI-assisted workflows, SEO awareness, and close cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable content performance.

Description
*Create and edit high-quality digital content in German and English
*Simplify technical and lifestyle information into clear, engaging copy
*Adapt tone and depth for different audiences, markets, and product segments
*Use AI tools to draft, translate, repurpose, and scale content efficiently
*Apply strong editorial judgment to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand fit
*Develop repeatable AI-assisted content workflows
*Contribute to content planning, strategy, and cross-channel alignment
*Apply SEO best practices across structure, metadata, and internal linking
*Audit and optimise existing content for relevance and performance
*Work within a CMS and uphold content governance standards
*Collaborate with marketing, product, digital, and regional teams
*Track content performance and report actionable insights
*Test and refine messaging, headlines, and formats based on data
Profile
*Basic understanding in both German and English (MANDATORY)
*Proven content writer/editor with 4+ years’ as an AI Content Editor
*Confident using AI tools to enhance speed and scale without compromising quality
*Strong editorial judgment and a clear understanding of AI’s limits
*Solid grasp of SEO and how it applies to high-performing content
*Organised, proactive, and transparent communicator
*Comfortable writing for both consumer and trade/B2B audiences (a plus)
*Curious about technical, lifestyle, or outdoor product categories
Job Offer
*Salary £50,000 to £60,000
*Pension Contribution
*Remote working model (must be based within 3-4 hours of Hampshire)
*25 days of annual leave, plus all bank holidays
