Client Summary:
Working for CNH Industrial - a major manufacturer of Agricultural Vehicles and Machinery. Based out of the Basildon Manufacturing Plant.

Position Summary:
Working in under the supervision of Basildon Tractor plant’s Warehouse manager, this Reach-Truck/Counterbalance Forklift operator is required to move material around the facilities in the plant while complying with safety regulations.
The responsible person would need to ensure that the material and products will always be at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency.

Roles can include:
* Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
* Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
* Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
* Transport raw materials to production workstations
* Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
* Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
* Comply with company policies and safety regulations
* Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

Requirements:
* Proven experience as forklift operator in both Reach and Counterbalance discipline
* Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
* Valid certification to operate on Reach-Truck / Counterbalance forklifts
* Collaborative team player
* Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
* Competent in inventory management
* Safety-conscious and compliant with workplace regulations
