Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially astute Senior Sales Consultant to join a premium property business based in the highly desirable Primrose Hill market. This role is ???????? suited to a driven individual with a strong track record in securing and managing high-value instructions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in growing the office’s portfolio, with a particular focus on bringing in and managing prime stock valued at £2m+. This is a high-impact position offering exceptional earning potential, including commission of up to 50% of the fee.
Key Responsibilities
*Proactively source and secure high-value property instructions (£2m+)
*Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and landlords
*Conduct market appraisals and provide expert pricing strategies
*Manage the full sales process from instruction through to completion
*Deliver a premium, consultative service tailored to high-net-worth clients
*Negotiate offers and navigate complex transactions with confidence
*Work closely with internal teams to maximise exposure and deal flow
*Represent the brand professionally within the local market
Requirements
*Proven track record in residential property sales, ideally within a prime or super-prime market
*Demonstrable success in winning and selling high-value instructions
*Strong network and ability to generate new business
*Excellent negotiation and communication skills
*Professional, polished, and client-focused approach
*Ability to manage complex deals and multiple stakeholders
*Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
