Senior Sales Negotiator – Totteridge
?? Totteridge, North London
?? Basic Salary: £25,000 – £30,000
?? OTE: £60,000+
?? £3,000 Car Allowance
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and highly regarded estate agency in the Totteridge area.
This is a great role for a confident negotiator looking to step into a more senior position, with strong earning potential and access to a quality stock register.
The Role*Registering and qualifying applicants
*Conducting viewings and providing local market insight
*Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
*Supporting the valuation process and assisting with winning new instructions
What’s on offer*Basic salary of £25,000 – £30,000
*Uncapped commission structure: *10% up to £100K
*10% £100K–£200K
*20% above £200K
*£3,000 car allowance
*Strong pipeline of stock and leads
*Opportunity to work within a high-performing and supportive team
What they’re looking for*Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency
*Strong track record in agreed sales and revenue generation
*Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
*Ambitious, target-driven and professional
*Full UK driving licence preferred
