We’re delivering nationwide facilities management, including M&E support, cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance, using technology for efficient planned and reactive services.
We are currently looking for a Site Supervisor based in London who will ensure that BS operational delivery performance is in line with contract obligations and BS business processes.
As the Site Supervisor, you will:
*Build and maintain professional relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring a deep understanding of each building’s and Facility Manager’s (FM’s) specific requirements.
*Monitor and ensure workforce performance, work quality, safety standards, and compliance are consistently aligned with current contract specifications and service agreements.
*Take ownership and oversight of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks, including quotation preparation and submission, while working closely with the Helpdesk team.
*Monitor and review that engineers’ complete tasks accurately and in line with current contract specifications, ensuring correct documentation, comprehensive logbook entries, and full compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
*To review documentation/reports and act as the facilitator for arranging works for clients and Helpdesk to ensure site compliance is upheld.
*Ensure all health and safety procedures are strictly followed, proactively identifying and addressing any areas of concern.
We are looking for:
*Extensive experience delivering a Hard Services FM contract.
*Technical qualification.
*Experience of supervising large commercial sites with values in excess of £1m p.a.
*Management experience of service delivery in high profile offices.
