We are currently looking for a MEP DfMA Lead who will work in our Building Services Operating Unit, you will provide strategic and technical leadership for Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) across Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) services on major healthcare infrastructure programmes.
As the MEP DfMA Lead you will:
*Build and maintain trusted relationships with NHS Trusts, ICBs, Department of Health, and local authorities.
*Define and execute the delivery strategy for DfMA solutions and in mega healthcare projects, ensuring alignment with NHS and government frameworks.
*Oversee master programme development, phasing, and logistics planning for live hospital environments.
*Ensure compliance with HTM/HBN standards, NHS guidelines, and statutory regulations.
*Lead and inspire the functional team ensuring all employees have current performance reviews and learning plans, that succession plans are in place and that the team is positively engaged.
We are looking for:
*Define and lead the MEP DfMA strategy aligned to NHP repeatable hospital objectives.
*Embed DfMA principles from concept through detailed design.
*Develop and maintain standardised, repeatable MEP assemblies and product platforms.
*Ensure compliance with HTM/HBN standards and statutory regulations.
*Lead engagement with manufacturing partners and OEMs.
