Key Responsibilities
*Oversee the day-to-day running of the lettings department
*Lead, motivate, and develop a team of negotiators to achieve and exceed targets
*Grow market share and drive new business generation
*Maintain and build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and local stakeholders
*Ensure compliance with all relevant lettings legislation and company procedures
*Monitor performance metrics, report on KPIs, and implement strategies for continued growth
*Conduct market appraisals and secure new instructions
*Manage and resolve any escalated customer issues professionally
Requirements
*Proven experience as a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator/Valuer ready to step up
*Strong leadership and team management skills
*Demonstrated track record of achieving lettings targets
*Excellent knowledge of the local property market and current legislation
*Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
*Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Full UK driving licence
