Job Description:
Due to expansion, our clients, a highly successful and growing Surveying practice, are seeking a Residential Surveyor to work on a Consultancy basis. The role is available working 2-3 days a week. The role will involve carrying out Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys
Working hours:
*Flexible working hours, 2-3 days a week
*Remote / WFH based
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
*55% on net fees paid
*OTE of between £50,000 - £80,000 dependent on days worked
*Holiday Pay
*PI Insurance
*Equipment provided, including iPad, Mobile phone, Surveying equipment
To be considered for the role of Residential Surveyor you must have the following:
*Minimum AssocRICS
*Registered Valuer status
*Own Car
*Experience in Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
*Undertaking Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys
*Attendance of online staff meetings
Working hours:
