Are you a part or full level 4 diploma qualified looking to join a growing, forward-thinking firm that can offer a clear progression route into an long term Adviser role with hands on client exposure?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established financial planning business with over 15 years of success. Due to continued growth, they are looking now looking for a hungry Paraplanner to join the team.
Your main responsibility will be to support the advisers through high-quality financial planning work, while developing your client facing work with the long-term goal of gradually transitioning into a client-facing role.
This is a perfect opportunity for a Paraplanner who wants a structured, supported pathway into advice, within a close-knit team that values development and autonomy.


The Role:
*Onsite Paraplanner role with clear progression into an Adviser position
*Supporting advisers with financial planning, report writing and research
*Working with strong tech driven back office system
*Gradually gaining exposure to client work and regulated advice
*Following a structured development pathway into a client-facing role


The Person:
* Previous experience as a Paraplanner beneficial
* Working towards or completed Level 4 Diploma preferred
* Strong willingness to learn and progress into an Adviser role
* Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team
* Looking for long-term development rather than a static role
