Key Responsibilities:As Internal Account Support Team Leader, you’ll lead from the front and ensure your team delivers consistently high standards:
*Manage and develop the Internal Account Support team to achieve targets
*Conduct regular one-to-ones and provide coaching and feedback
*Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
*Oversee customer issues and ensure timely resolution
*Delegate and manage workload effectively across the team
*Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
*Support order processing and maintain service level agreements
What we’re looking for:To succeed as Internal Account Support Team Leader, you’ll bring strong leadership and operational experience:
*Proven experience leading or supervising a team
*Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
*Experience working with KPIs in a fast-paced environment
*Confident communicator with the ability to motivate others
*Organised and adaptable approach to changing priorities
*Experience with CRM/ERP systems is advantageous
