Job Description:

Are you an Electrical Engineer who enjoys getting hands-on, solving problems on the ground, and knowing your work makes a real difference every single day? In this role, you’ll be a vital part of keeping production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently, helping to ensure our plant performs at its best.
Working closely with production and engineering teams, you’ll use a mix of proactive, planned maintenance and effective reactive fault-finding to keep downtime to a minimum. Your technical expertise will be key in diagnosing issues quickly, restoring equipment safely, and supporting consistent, high-quality output across the operation.
You’ll join a supportive and collaborative engineering team where people take pride in their work, look out for one another, and aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed. With varied work, a fast-paced environment, and exposure to a wide range of equipment and systems, no two days will be the same.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the action, values teamwork, and is motivated by seeing the direct impact of their efforts on plant performance. With ongoing investment in equipment and continuous improvement, you’ll also have plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and grow as an engineer.

*A solid understanding of Health & Safety and food hygiene standards
*Flexibility to work a 4 on / 4 off days shift pattern and support overtime when required
Desirable experience:
