*Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat
*Providing quotes and resolving queries
*Managing orders and monitoring backorders
*Supporting key accounts and internal teams
*Office based role in Northampton

*Experience in customer service or client support
*Strong communication skills
*Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
*Positive and detail focused
