Whether you have experience in schools, care, support work, or are looking to take your first step into education, this opportunity offers valuable hands-on experience.
In this role, you will work closely with a specific pupil, providing tailored support to help them access learning, build confidence, and develop key social and communication skills. You will collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure a consistent and positive approach.
Within this 1:1 SEN Intervention Assistant role, you will:
*Provide dedicated one-to-one support for a pupil with SEN
*Help implement personalised learning and support strategies
*Support communication, emotional regulation, and engagement
*Build a positive and trusting relationship with the pupil
*Encourage independence and participation in classroom activities
