Finance Manager


£65K + Bonus


Central London


My client are a fast growing multi national recruitment company and are looking for a Finance Manager to join the team.


Duties:


*Reporting into the Finance Controller
*Responsible for delivery of monthly Management Accounts and quarterly Board Packs
*Management of all transactional processes
*Management of Accountants and other finance staff
*Responsible for payroll across three regions (US and EMEA) as well as commissions and bonus calculations for employees
*Ownership of day-to-day Group Treasury requirements, including management of Invoice Discounting Facility
*Ownership of cost base, keeping all records up to date and ensuring all spend is appropriate
*Primary day to day contact for external auditors
*Liaising with external accountants in the US and EMEA
*Prepare VAT & other tax submissions


Requirements:


*Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in a similar level of role but looking to gain experience in a larger or faster growing business
*Experience of managing junior staff
*Good systems skills include Excel
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Confident and able to liaise with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
*Positive with a good sense of humour and empathy for others
*Enjoys being part of a team and supporting others
