Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) – Manufacturing

York | £55,000 | Monday - Friday (40 hours)Benefits:

Responsibilities:
*Responsible for ensuring smooth operation of production facility through maintenance tasks, fault finding and repairing but mechanical and electrical equipment.
*Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns across a wide range of production equipment.
*Provide general Maintenance support
*Responsible for repairs of all equipment when required.
*Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and carry out fault diagnosis.
*Troubleshoot and fault finding
*Ensure compliance to all aspects of the company health and safety policy
*Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
*Ensure that all statutory and regulatory checks are carried on schedules in place for all production equipment.
What We’re Looking For:
*NVQ/ONC Level 3 (or equivalent) in relevant engineering qualification
*Proven experience in a Maintenance Engineer role within manufacturing environments
*Strong background in PPMs and breakdown response
*Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance techniques.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Electrical Engineer, Automation Engineer, Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Electrician, Robotics Engineer
