Job Description:
Role: Bilingual Learning Support Partner (Spanish)
In this rewarding role, you will work closely with class teachers to support Spanish-speaking pupils in accessing the curriculum, building confidence, and integrating fully into school life. You may provide 1:1 support, assist in small group interventions, and help adapt learning materials to meet pupils’ needs.
Key responsibilities:
* Support pupils with English as an additional language
* Assist with classroom activities and lesson delivery
* Provide pastoral support and encourage pupil engagement
* Build positive relationships with staff, pupils, and parents
What you’ll need:
Fluent Spanish and English
DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain)
Minimum 6 months’ experience working with children
A supportive, patient, and adaptable approach
