Pastry Chef de Partie, NW1 London £36k
Our client is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Pastry Chef de Partie to join their team in this prestigious site located in Central London.
What you will be doing:
*Preparing high-quality pastries, desserts and sweet offerings
*Supporting with hospitality and events
*Delivering consistent, beautifully presented pastries and desserts
*Working closely with chefs and the hospitality teams
*Being involved with seasonal menu development and creative ideas
Working hours are 5/7 days, 40 hours per week
What we are looking for:
*Experience as Pastry Chef de Partie or strong pastry background
*Stable work history
*Genuine passion for pastry, creativity and presentation
*Strong attention to detail and presentation with a focus on consistency
*Calm, organised and professional approach
*A team player with a positive attitude
*Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and work under pressure
