Pay: £110 - £120 per day (PAYE, weekly pay)
Schedule / Hours: Monday – Friday, Part-time, ad hoc (08:30–15:30) – ideal for university schedules

About the Role
As a Behaviour & Learning Mentor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students with:
*Emotional wellbeing
*Behaviour and self-regulation
*Academic engagement and confidence
You’ll work closely with teachers, the SENCo, and pastoral teams to deliver tailored support that helps students reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with additional needs
*Assist with behaviour and learning support plans
*Encourage resilience, focus, and emotional regulation
*Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
*Collaborate with staff and parents to support student progress
Ideal for Aspiring Careers In
*Educational or Clinical Psychology
*Counselling & Therapy
*Teaching & SEN Support
*Youth Work or Social Work
What We’re Looking For
*Currently studying (or working towards) a degree in Psychology or a related field
*A genuine passion for mental health, education, and child development
*Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
*Patience, empathy, and adaptability
*Experience with young people is desirable, but not essential (full training provided)
Requirements
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
*Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
*Two recent professional references (Study or employment)
*Up-to-date CV
*Safeguarding training (we provide this)
