PVC Fabricator (Training Provided)

£12.71 per hour, rising to £12.94 after probation


We’re a family-run glass factory, manufacturing windows and glazing units for over 30 years. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a practical, reliable, hands-on person to join the team.
You don’t need loads of experience — just the right mindset. This role is mainly fabrication, with full welding training included.


We care more about attitude than CVs. You’ll be a good fit if you:

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of the team that builds our PVC windows and doors from the ground up.
Your day could include:
*Fabricating PVC frames and sashes
*Fitting locks, hinges and hardware
*Checking quality and spotting issues early
*Moving finished products through the process
*Learning how to weld PVC frames (full training provided)
*You won’t be sat still — it’s a practical, hands-on job where time goes quickly.
