Receptionist - temp to perm
Private Equity Firm
Location: London
Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm (with occasional flexibility)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
A leading private equity firm is seeking a polished and personable Receptionist to deliver a first-class front-of-house experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills looking to begin a career in financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
*Act as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors and clients professionally
*Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
*Coordinate meeting rooms and provide hospitality (refreshments, lunch service)
*Assist with ordering and serving lunches for senior staff
*Handle post, deliveries, and office supplies
*Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
*Maintain a tidy, organised, and professional reception area
About You:
*Friendly, professional, and highly organised
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Proactive with a "can-do" attitude
*Excellent attention to detail and presentation
*Background in customer service or similar role preferred
