Exciting opportunity for a Sales Negotiator in Horsham: delivering excellent customer service, arranging viewings, negotiating offers, and supporting residential property sales through to successful completion within a busy agency environment.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well-presented and articulate Sales Negotiator to join a professional estate agency in the Horsham area.
This role offers the chance to develop a long-term career in the property industry within a supportive and customer-focused team.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
*Liaising with buyers and vendors on a daily basis
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
*Progressing sales through to completion
*Generating new business opportunities
*Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
*Maintaining strong relationships with clients
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
*Previous estate agency sales experience essential
*Strong sales and negotiation skills
*Excellent customer service and communication ability
*Confident telephone manner with a positive attitude
*Well-presented, motivated, and proactive approach
*Knowledge of the Horsham area advantageous
*Full UK driving licence and own car required
*Professional approach to estate agency work
