WANTED! An experienced Senior Property Manager sought for a thriving Horsham agency. Help oversee a local lettings portfolio: Provide assistance to Landlords and Tenants, build lasting relationships, and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy in a fast-paced environment.
Our client, an established independent Estate & Lettings Agency with a strong presence in Sussex, is seeking a capable and experienced Senior Property Manager to support the management of their extensive residential lettings portfolio in Horsham.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on responsibility and is passionate about delivering outstanding client service.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
*Managing a portfolio of residential lettings properties
*Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
*Handling maintenance, inspections, and compliance
*Managing tenancy issues, notices, and deposit negotiations
*Providing high-quality customer service and support
*Coordinating with contractors and third parties
*Ensuring accurate documentation and records
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
*Extensive experience in residential property management
*Knowledge of property legislation and processes
*Strong telephone manner and customer care skills
*Calm, organised, and problem-solving mindset
*Excellent attention to detail and prioritisation skills
*Knowledge of Horsham and surrounding area (preferred)
*Full UK driving licence
*Professional, self-motivated, and well-presented
