This is an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare professional to join a leading Retail organisation as a Pharmacist Manager. Based in Barrow, you will oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring a high standard of care and compliance.

Description
*Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and services to customers.
*Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.
*Supervise and support pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer care.
*Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain availability of products.
*Ensure accurate dispensing of prescriptions and provide counselling on medication use.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare products and industry regulations.
*Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals and the local community.
*Drive initiatives to improve pharmacy performance and customer satisfaction.
*Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Profile
A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:
*A recognised qualification in Pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
*Experience in retail pharmacy or a similar healthcare setting.
*Strong organisational and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
*A meticulous approach to detail and commitment to patient safety.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with customers and staff.
