*Previous customer-facing experience, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*Experience supporting both on-premise and cloud-based environments
*Exposure to software architecture and system design would be advantageous
*A strong learning mindset and genuine interest in open-source technologies
*A consistent and credible career record, demonstrating progression and commitment within relevant organisations

Role & Responsibilities
As a Professional Services DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with enterprise customers to design, build, and optimise CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms, helping them modernise software delivery and adopt best practice across their engineering environments.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Partnering with enterprise customers to design and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms
*Building and optimising pipelines using technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code
*Working closely with customer development and DevOps teams to support successful adoption of solutions
*Designing and implementing build and release pipelines across multiple technology ecosystems
*Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering teams
*Delivering technical workshops, enablement sessions, and customer training
*Acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout their DevOps transformation journey
*Providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams to help shape future product direction
*Staying current with emerging trends and technologies across DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native ecosystems
*Building strong, credible relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams alike
