Job Description:
Robert Half Finance and Accounting are partnering with an high growth Fin-Tech firm in London who are looking to recruit an immediate, interim Financial Planning Analyst for 2-3 months.
Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, interim Financial Planning Analyst to cover their permanent hire.
In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
*Strategic Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and develop rolling forecasts across all cost centres and revenue streams, identifying the key drivers that move the needle.
*Performance Narrative: Own the monthly P&L process. You won’t just report the numbers; you’ll analyse variances and articulate the "why" behind the risks and opportunities.
*Commercial Insight: Oversee complex revenue and margin analysis-including FX, interest, and commission structures ensure our commercial decisions are backed by rigorous data.
*Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a financial advisor to operational teams, providing scenario modelling and decision support for pricing, investments, and scaling initiatives.
*Systems and Modelling: Maintain and evolve our 3-statement financial models, ensuring seamless integration between our forecasts and NetSuite.
*Process Excellence: Champion automation and data integrity. You’ll refine billing, reporting, and control processes to keep our finance function lean and scalable.
Profile:
The successful Financial Planning Analyst will have come from an SME environment and have at least 3+ years experience working within an FP&A function, have strong excel with the ability to help automate processes. Prior experience with NetSuite is highly advantageous.
You must be immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.

Our client is a fast growing Fin-Tech firm in the City of London who are looking to recruit an immediate, Financial Planning Analyst 2-3 months. This role will be based in the office 1 day per week.
Salary & Benefits:
This interim Financial Planning and Analyst role will be paying circa £25-30 per hour (dependant on experience)
