Job Description:
Job Title: Senior Property Manager
Location: Festival park, Stoke-on-trent
Basic Salary: £28,500- £39,000
OTE: Up to £47,000
Position Type: Permanent Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead a team and deliver excellent service across a large residential property portfolio.
In this Estate Agency role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of properties, support and develop a team of Property Managers, and ensure the department operates efficiently while maintaining high compliance standards. You will play an important role in maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are managed to the highest standard.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong property management experience who enjoys leading a team, improving performance, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and support a team of Property Managers
*Monitor team performance and conduct regular one-to-one meetings
*Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and regulatory standards
*Carry out property inspections
*Negotiate tenancy renewals and extensions
*Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors
*Manage deposit returns and tenancy end processes
*Handle rental arrears and support with eviction processes when required
*Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Oversee check-ins, check-outs, and inventory reports
What We’re Looking For
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property management
*Estate agency experience would be of value
*Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
*Experience leading or mentoring a team
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Ability to create a positive and collaborative team environment
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
*Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
