Job Description:
Resourcery Group are supporting a Liverpool-based Housing Association in their search for an Interim Accountant (3-month assignment) to oversee Income and Service Charge.
*This role of Interim Accountant will focus on managing service charge cycles end-to-end, including budgeting, reconciliations, variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
*You’ll also oversee income streams, supporting accurate rent and service charge accounting, resolving discrepancies, and improving financial controls and reporting.
We’re looking for someone with strong experience in service charges and a proven track record in the housing sector.
*Ideally 1–2 days per week on site (flexibility for more remote working for the right candidate)
* Supportive team and great working environment
*Liverpool offices with free on-site parking
* Salary FTE £45,000–£50,000 + generous annual leave and pension
