Teaching Assistant
*Daily Rate: £90 - £120
*Location: Greenwich
*Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This full-time role offers a daily rate between £90 and £110, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work closely with SEND students to facilitate their learning and development in a supportive educational environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide tailored support to SEND students, both in classroom settings and one-to-one.
*Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
*Collaborate with teachers and other educational staff to support the learning needs of students.
*Facilitate communication between students and their peers to promote inclusion.
*Monitor and support the progress and well-being of students.
*Adapt learning materials to meet the needs of students with a variety of learning challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience working with SEND students or in a similar role.
*Strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Patience, empathy, and a dedicated approach to student development.
*Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
