People 4 Property are working with a well-established property company in Weybridge who are looking to recruit an Assistant Accounts – Client Accounts to join their busy finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with accounts experience or a finance graduate looking to build a career within property management accounts. Full training and study support are provided.
Key Responsibilities:*Managing service charge accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
*Preparing and reviewing service charge budgets
*Producing client statements and financial reports
*Assisting with VAT returns
*Liaising with property managers to resolve account queries
*Supporting year-end accounts alongside external accountants
*Assisting with company accounts and general finance duties
Requirements:*AAT qualified / studying or degree in Accounting/Finance
*Understanding of P&L and balance sheets
*Strong Excel skills
*High attention to detail
*Good communication and team-working skills
Desirable:*Service charge or property accounts experience
*Knowledge of RICS guidelines
*Experience with Qube, Sage or similar systems
