The Role
A hands-on payroll role managing multiple payrolls within a growing business.
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing while supporting wider HR activities and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
*Process weekly and monthly payrolls for c.300 employees
*Maintain payroll data including starters, leavers and changes
*Ensure compliance with HMRC requirements and payroll legislation
*Manage pensions and auto-enrolment processes
*Handle payroll queries and liaise with internal teams
*Support onboarding and wider HR administration
*Assist with payroll reporting and year-end processes
The Ideal Candidate
*Experience in end-to-end payroll processing
*Knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements
*Experience with Sage 50 (desirable)
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Ability to build relationships across teams
*Willingness to support HR tasks alongside payroll
