This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to play a hands-on role supporting the full employee lifecycle within a fast-paced, professional environment. Description
You will be responsible for:*Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HR system
*Coordinate onboarding activities including contracts, documentation, and inductions
*Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, letters, policy updates, and staff file changes
*Act as the first point of contact for routine HR queries from employees and managers
*Support recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate coordination
*Manage leaver processes, ensuring all exit documentation is completed accurately and on time
*Assist with employee relations activity by preparing documentation for probation reviews, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance reviews
*Collate and submit payroll changes and support the administration of employee benefits
*Support HR reporting, data accuracy, audits, and regulatory or compliance requirements
*Contribute to HR projects and initiatives such as policy reviews, wellbeing programmes, and process improvements
*Ensure all HR activity complies with UK employment law, GDPR, and internal standards
Profile
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:*Proven experience in an HR Administrator or HR support role, with exposure across the employee lifecycle
*A good working knowledge of UK employment law fundamentals, GDPR, and HR best practice
*Confidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on data accuracy
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
*Strong communication skills and the confidence to respond to employee and manager queries professionally
*High attention to detail, particularly when handling contracts, employee records, and sensitive information
*A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
*A flexible and adaptable mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment
*CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) would be advantageous
