Newly Qualified Paramedic / Experienced Paramedic
On-Site Medical Response Service
Location: South West Railway Stations
Training Provided
Working Hours: 07:00–11:00 or 16:00–20:00, Monday–Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays)
Hourly Rate: To be Confirmed
About the Role
We are looking for multiple Newly Qualified Paramedics and experienced Paramedics to work alongside an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to deliver high-quality, onsite medical response services within designated railway stations. This role involves working within a unique, fast-paced public environment and ensuring safe, compliant, and professional clinical practice at all times.
Mandatory Training Provided
*Rail track safety awareness
*Radio communications training
*Annual rail/track safety refresher
*Safeguarding training
*Suicide intervention training
*Violence in the workplace
*Enhanced disability awareness
A full on-site location induction will be completed before deployment.
Registration & Compliance
*Paramedics must hold current HCPC registration
*Participation in annual compliance audits
*Adherence to operational, clinical governance, and safety procedures
Workforce & Professional Standards
*Adherence to recruitment and vetting requirements
*Evidence of qualifications and clinical competence
*Wearing agreed uniform, photo ID, and Body Worn Camera at all times
*All medical equipment, consumables, and PPE will be supplied
