Job Description:
Fire & Security Service Engineer
Location: North East (Newcastle area)
Salary: £30,000 – £39,000 (DOE)
The Package
*30 minutes paid travel time each way
*Company vehicle (including personal use)
*Fuel card
*Mobile phone, laptop & service Kindle
*Calibrated test equipment & access equipment provided
*Pension scheme
*20 days holiday + bank holidays
*Sick pay
*Early finish on Fridays
*Overtime opportunities
*Bonus scheme

The Role
As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
*Servicing and maintaining Fire & Security systems
*Fault finding and carrying out repairs across multiple system types
*Occasional installation work where required
*Covering Newcastle and the surrounding North East region
*Working across a variety of commercial sites
*Ensuring high standards of customer service at all times
Experience Required
*Proven experience working on Fire & Security systems, including:
*CCTV
*Access Control
*Intruder Alarms
*Fire Alarm systems
*Full UK driving licence
*Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
*Strong communication and customer-facing skills
*Good IT/computer literacy
*Knowledge of testing and commissioning practices
*ECS Gold Card, IPAF, and PASMA (desirable but not essential)
*Engineers with either a Fire or Security bias will be considered
