Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join my clients team on a hybrid basis in their Margate offices.

Key Duties
• To manage a varied caseload of private client matters including: Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney & Court of Protection cases.
• To take a proactive approach in building professional relationships with clients and other contacts
• To maintain and promote the good image and reputation of the firm
• To assist colleagues, Directors and Heads of Department with marketing and training events and initiatives
• To manage and supervise junior staff and support staff as required including assisting with recruitment, training etc
• To use the case management software
The successful applicant must have:
• The ideal candidate will have 2+ years PQE in Private Client matters (candidates with less experience would still be considered).
• Experience of working on own initiative with minimum supervision
• Experience of establishing, building and sustaining professional relationships with clients and other contacts
• IT proficient with good knowledge of MS Office packages and case management systems.
• Commercial and financial awareness.
• Preferable if based locally with some client following.
