As part of our continued growth, we are launching a new website and expanding our digital platforms – including app-based customer tools – to improve how customers find, select, and order products.

The Role
We are looking for a Digital & Customer Experience Apprentice who is interested in building a career in digital marketing, e-commerce, and business systems.
This role sits between digital content and real customer activity – giving you hands-on experience in how online platforms actually drive sales and customer behaviour.
You’ll be involved in maintaining and improving our website and app content, while also supporting customer enquiries and order processes to understand how everything connects.

What You’ll Be Doing
Digital & Website Content
• Uploading and maintaining product data (images, descriptions, attributes)
• Improving product pages for SEO and usability
• Supporting ongoing website improvements and content updates
• Assisting with app content and functionality updates
Marketing & Content Creation
• Assisting with blog content and product-focused articles
• Supporting email marketing campaigns and customer communications
• Working with the Commercial Director to create and publish content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels
• Supporting promotional campaigns and new product launches
Customer Experience
• Supporting customer enquiries via email and phone
• Assisting with order processing and system updates
• Learning how customers interact with the website and app
• Providing feedback on customer behaviour and digital journeys

What We’re Looking For
• Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, or content creation
• Good written communication skills (clear, accurate, and professional)
• Strong attention to detail (especially with data and content)
• Comfortable using computers, websites, and basic software
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ideal for someone who:
• Wants a career in digital, not just social media
• Is curious about how websites, systems, and businesses connect
• Enjoys improving things and spotting errors or inconsistencies
No prior experience is required – full training will be provided.

Salary & Benefits
• Pay above National Apprentice Wage
• Approx. 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
• 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
