Recruit UK is working on an exciting opportunity with a highly respected Financial Advice firm in Telford, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their growing team.
As an IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Financial Advisers across all aspects of financial services administration. This will include processing Letters of Authority (LOA), prepare client documentation, and liaise with providers and clients.
Responsibilities:
*Arranging client meetings, preparing valuations and meeting packs, and managing advisers’ diaries
*Handling client correspondence and maintaining accurate records
*Ensuring all documentation meets FCA regulatory standards and internal compliance requirements
