Collins Property Recruitment is partnering with a well-established, highly respected independent estate agency in Queens Park, currently seeking an ambitious and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their high-performing team.

Responsibilities:
*Registering and qualifying new applicants
*Conducting property viewings
*Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
*Generating new business opportunities
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Progressing lets through to completion
*Contributing to office targets and team success
Package:
*Basic salary up to £23,000, depending on experience
*Car allowance provided
*Competitive guaranteed earnings to support your start
*Realistic on-target earnings of £60,000 in year one
*Uncapped commission structure with excellent earning potential
*One in four Saturdays required, with a half day given back in lieu
